Post Operative Lymphatic Drainage
The purpose of lymphatic drainage is to stimulate the lymphatic vessels, startup the circulatory system and encouraging the drainage of excess fluid into the lymph nodes located in the groin and underarms.
While various techniques can be used to perform lymphatic drainage, they all share the same objective—to promote fluid movement and support its natural flow through the lymphatic system.
